As an Associate Producer on American Football, you will have the opportunity to work on two of the biggest video game franchises in sports. We’re looking for someone who loves football and video games and can help bring our marketing to life and deliver unforgettable moments for millions of football fans. The Associate Producer for American Football will support the Producer II and Senior Producer in their daily responsibilities, including tracking daily asset pipeline workflow, managing approvals, creating schedules, and coordinating with internal partners to gather information. As an Associate Producer, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our video and design assets to life. You’ll manage asset production by tracking project tasks, maintaining schedules, collaborating across teams, and helping deliver content that excites fans and reflects high standards of quality. Responsibilities

Content production: Help create, organize, and execute the production of video and design assets, including key art, icons, gameplay trailers, PBM videos, and screenshots Toolset management: Maintain and support the tools used in daily production Cross-team collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional partners on a daily basis Asset tracking: Manage daily tracking of all assets and approvals Scheduling: Partner with the Senior Producer to build and maintain production schedules Problem-solving: Proactively approach producers for guidance on production questions Communication: Filter and clearly communicate notes, feedback, and next steps to the team Feedback management: Drive actionable feedback from creative leads and stakeholders Independence: Work autonomously while seeking guidance and support from the Senior Producer as needed Asking for help: Not afraid to ask for help and does so in a timely manner Offering support: Offer assistance to other teammates when possible Collaboration: Respect team decisions and work toward resolution while allowing input from others Growth mindset: Learn and apply collaboration fundamentals within the team Qualifications

Ability to support projects from inception through execution Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-through Understanding of post-production, editorial, and design production processes Willingness to assist in and prep live-action trailers with Senior Producers Familiarity with production software (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, 3D tools) preferred Experience developing and delivering marketing assets (video and static) for a AAA game studio, marketing agency, or major brand Creatively motivated, with an eye for process improvement and efficient communication Experience with video game capture processes Familiarity with tracking software such as Airtable or Shotgun Previous experience at a video game company or creative advertising agency Compensation and Benefits

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant factors (education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, or business needs). Pay ranges include: Minnesota (depending on location e.g. Minneapolis vs Saint Paul): $65,200 - $84,300 USD Jersey City, NJ: $67,900 - $97,600 USD New York (e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): $65,200 - $97,600 USD Washington (e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $65,200 - $84,300 USD In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) for regular full-time employees.
