9月. 29, 2025 This position reports to the Vice President, MGM-Digital Media & Activation and will be based in Glendale, California, with responsibility for supporting a team based in Anaheim. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Our Executive Assistants are highly valued for their essential role in the success of the company. As part of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence, you would contribute to consumer-first strategies that inform work and engagement across Disney products, parks and experiences.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activities for the leader(s) you support, including calendar management, expense and labor reporting, travel planning, and meeting preparation.

Prepare presentations for team meetings and coordinate team-building events; partner with other assistants to ensure smooth operations.

Interface with executives and their support teams; build strong partnerships with colleagues across levels.

Review schedules to allocate time for thinking, preparation, and travel; adjust priorities in response to urgent matters.

Book travel, create multi-city itineraries, and manage time zones, weather delays, traffic, and fatigue considerations.

Arrange conference calls and web meetings; manage calendars and contacts across time zones with follow-up as needed.

Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately, reflecting Disney’s public company status.

Maintain office operations, including mail, supplies, photocopying, scanning and document distribution.

Support onboarding of new employees and assist with on-site and off-site events and meetings; manage special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with solid grammar and vocabulary.

Experience with team-building activities and event coordination.

Proficiency in time management, multi-tasking and prioritization of deadlines/deliverables.

Proficiency with computers, phones, office equipment, Microsoft Office; familiarity with Coupa and Concur.

A calm demeanor and ability to handle unexpected changes with urgency and good judgment.

Strong interpersonal skills (EQ) to build relationships and facilitate collaboration.

Reliability in handling confidential information and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Willingness to learn new programs and adapt to evolving technology.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; professional demeanor and positive outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 5 years supporting director-level executives.

Experience at The Walt Disney Company and in Disney Experiences.

Experience working in a large public corporation.

Education

Required:

High School Diploma

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Additional Information This position will be located in Glendale, CA.

Hires range: $64,300.00 - $86,200.00 per year. Final offer will consider internal equity and location, among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of compensation.
