We are seeking a proactive and highly organized

Cabin Experience Coordinator

to support our flight operations. This role is crucial for ensuring our aircraft are fully stocked and prepared for flight. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and stocking a wide range of items, as well as handling various logistical and administrative tasks. This position requires a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively with flight crew and office staff. Key Responsibilities

Aircraft Provisioning & Logistics

Special Stock & Ordering:

Manage the sourcing, ordering, and stocking of special-request items for multiple aircraft. This includes placing orders via online vendors like Amazon and coordinating local pickups for unique items. Routine Stocking:

Maintain standard aircraft inventory by managing and stocking items based on routine and special requests. Cabin Pre/Post Flight Services:

Set up cabin jet beds and bedding. Ensure neat and tidy cabin; manage cleaning, drop-off and pickup of bedding, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. Crew Support:

Provide direct support to flight crew members by assisting with aircraft stocking and other tasks as needed. Hangar & Office Support

Inventory Management:

Oversee and manage inventory for aircraft and offices, track stock levels, expiration dates, and place bulk orders from suppliers (e.g., Costco). Hangar Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning the hangar floor when space is available. Errand Running:

Handle special requests and run errands to pick up necessary supplies for both aircraft and office operations. Organization:

Organize and maintain a clean and efficient office space, including managing the integration of new items. Administrative Tasks:

Complete various administrative projects, including managing flight logs for all Part 135 aircraft. Qualifications

Proven experience in a role that requires strong organizational skills. Attention to detail to maintain consistently high standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for local pickups and errands. Schedule

Generally, Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm with occasional required night/weekend work, as needed. Schedule flexibility is key, especially to accommodate early or late operations or sudden changes in flight times.
