Ticket Runner/Makeready

The make-ready ticket runner is responsible for ensuring that all vacant apartments are efficiently and thoroughly prepared for new residents. The ideal candidate will also address maintenance work orders for current residents in a timely manner. The make-ready ticket runner must be a dependable team player with knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, appliance & electrical repair Execute the make-ready process for vacant units according to the community's specific checklist to ensure they are clean, safe, and ready for new tenants. Perform a range of repairs and maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues. Complete and document work orders. Guarantee that all work is completed accurately and to company standards, contributing to a high level of resident satisfaction. Adhere to all safety protocols, maintain a safe and clean work area, and ensure compliance with company policies and hazard communications programs. Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of parts and supplies for repairs. Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, appliance, HVAC and drywall repairs. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, management, and other team members. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with residents, effectively communicating status updates on work orders. A valid driver's license &

Must provide proof of Employment Eligibility English and/or Spanish fluency is a plus. Prior experience at an apartment complex in a Make Ready/Ticket Runner position required. Be dependable and a team player.
