Overview
Position Summary: Working with the Service Line Director and the Physician Practice Lead, the Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations and fiscal health of their Practice. Education
Bachelor's Degree required. Experience
Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience in a physician's practice required. Previous experience in a physician's management practice setting and demonstrated working knowledge of the operations of medical practice required. Skills
Membership and certification in a national physician practice management association is encouraged. Strong communication, interaction, customer service, and organization skills required. Proficient in problem-resolution, decision-making, computer literacy in a Windows-based environment, and knowledge of word-processing and database management applications. Behavioral qualifications include outstanding interpersonal, service excellence, and customer service skills; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to convey information clearly and concisely; ability to create and maintain a high-functioning team; ability to respect confidentiality; and alignment with Valley Physician Services’ Leadership Standards and Values. Position may require rotating to other VMG locations as needed. Job Location
