Senior Content Designer
for the Push & Email team will lead the transformation of StubHub’s proactive communication across email and push notification channels. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and design partners to identify opportunities, shape campaign narratives, and deliver clear, compelling content that connects with fans and drives business impact. This is a hands-on, strategic role that balances high-level direction with attention to detail in on-sale campaigns. You’ll help grow the discipline at StubHub by developing tools and processes to deliver high-quality content at scale. The Consumer Experience (CX) Team at StubHub is responsible for the end-to-end product experience for fans looking to discover, buy, and sell tickets on our web and mobile platforms. We’re seeking a content design leader who brings a language-driven approach to clarity, consistency, and user empathy across our product, fostering strong connections with fans worldwide. What You'll Do
Lead with insight—connect market trends, audience behavior, and business objectives to shape strategic opportunities that elevate content impact and guide the Push & Email team’s direction. Partner with product, design, and engineering to translate strategy into action—defining target audiences, success metrics, and iterating on campaign approaches to drive reach and engagement. Craft compelling copy across email, push, and in-product touchpoints—balancing quality with speed. Continuously optimize through testing and iteration. Own and evolve email and push guidelines, and contribute to strengthening StubHub’s broader content standards, including voice & tone. Collaborate with stakeholders across communications, paid marketing, legal, and business operations to ensure a unified voice across the StubHub ecosystem. Coach and guide other designers to grow their skills and elevate their work, fostering a culture of craft. Stay up to date with industry and cultural trends to ensure content design resonates with fans. What You've Done
5-8+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy—ideally within a product development environment. A portfolio demonstrating breadth and proven writing experience in consumer-facing marketing campaigns and product experiences. A proven track record of launching product experiences that drive business results—shaping prioritization, defining goals, and using experimentation to learn and iterate. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail. Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative product development process.
