Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG)
is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multi-specialty group practice seeking a Family Practitioner (MD/DO) to work full-time at its Meridian Health Plaza. Family Medicine providers at Meridian Health Plaza are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life. This is a traditional clinic work week, M-F; no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time. Practice call is shared with other eligible members in the SAMG Department of Family Medicine (Currently 1:30). Saint Alphonsus Meridian Health Plaza caters to community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible environment. With comprehensive healthcare services offered for the whole family and urgent care services available 7 days a week, it offers a multitude of services in one convenient location including: urgent care, family practice, sleep disorders center, orthopedics, sports medicine, lab draw services, X-ray, physical therapy, occupational therapy (including hand therapy), pelvic floor and low vision therapy. Diabetes care and education are located nearby. Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program Board certified or obtain certification within 3 years of employment Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA Recruitment Package
