Overview
ChristianaCare Pediatrics joins CHOP affiliate network beginning Spring 2026. The Medical Group of ChristianaCare is searching for a BE/BC Neonatologist to join a large academic practice of 13 neonatologists and 14 advanced practice clinicians located at the Christiana campus in Newark, DE. This practice provides care to a Level III NICU (ChristianaCare) and a Level II NICU. There are more than 6,000 annual deliveries at ChristianaCare. The NICU has an annual admission rate of 1,500 newborns and an average daily census of 55. Clinical care is shared with fellows, residents, and nurse practitioners in the NICU. Responsibilities
Provide clinical care in a Level III/Level II NICU in collaboration with fellows, residents, and NPs. Participate in academic activities within a large academic practice (research, education, PI). Participate in team-based, collaborative care and contribute to program development. Qualifications

Annual Compensation Range $287,174.00 - $415,022.00. The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on factors including fair market value, experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications. The compensation range may include productivity incentives, value-based incentives and other forms of compensation depending on factors such as hours worked and call coverage. ChristianaCare will offer compensation at an appropriate point within the range or, less frequently, outside the range as warranted by circumstances. EEO Statement
