Basic Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship Required. Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance. Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience or Master’s degree and 10 years or Associate’s degree and 14 years’ experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 16 years experience. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DoDAF, FEAF, Zachman). Proven experience leading architecture initiatives for federal agencies or large-scale system modernization programs. Expertise in designing architectures for cloud, data, applications, and infrastructure at enterprise scale. Demonstrated experience in architecture governance and lifecycle management. Hands-on knowledge of cloud migration, hybrid architectures, and containerized applications. Knowledge of cybersecurity integration into enterprise design, including Zero Trust models. Preferred Qualifications
Direct FAA or NAS configuration management experience. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. Professional certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CISSP-ISSAP. Direct experience supporting FAA, DOT, or DHS enterprise IT modernization programs. Familiarity with NIST enterprise architecture standards and federal enterprise initiatives. Published thought leadership or contributions to industry standards in enterprise architecture. Experience with emerging aviation technologies (UAS integration, satellite navigation, AI-driven systems).
