RayzeBio is revolutionizing cancer treatment through targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy (RPT). The Senior Director, Clinical Development Analytics & RPT Orchestration will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital capabilities that accelerate our path from clinical development to commercial success. This role is critical to establishing data-driven decision-making frameworks across our medical organization while building the digital infrastructure necessary for successful RPT commercialization. Key Responsibilities

Medical Organization Digital Excellence Serve as the primary digital and analytics partner to the Chief Medical Officer and development teams, establishing comprehensive digital strategies Lead clinical trial analytics initiatives to optimize study design, execution, and decision-making through advanced modeling and real-world data insights Develop and implement Medical Science Liaison (MSL) systems and analytics capabilities, integrating CRM platforms with clinical operations and commercial planning Design and oversee clinical supply chain optimization systems to ensure efficient delivery of radiopharmaceutical therapies to trial sites while minimizing waste Implement AI-driven algorithms for scheduling optimization and predictive analytics to enhance operational efficiency RPT Orchestration for Commercial Readiness Lead digital strategy for building integrated systems for product ordering, scheduling, and fulfillment across the end-to-end patient and product journeys Collaborate with commercial, clinical, manufacturing, and quality teams to establish comprehensive visibility and control systems for product and patient management Design scalable digital infrastructure to seamless site ordering capabilities and waste prevention Develop analytics frameworks to monitor and optimize operational KPIs Implement AI-driven algorithms for scheduling optimization and predictive analytics to enhance operational efficiency Digital & Analytics Capabilities for APC3 Team Lead digital and analytics strategy for newly formed cross-functional strategic ACP3 team Serve as primary digital analytics partner for this high-priority initiative, building integrated data capabilities to maximize ACP3 patient impact and value Design and implement digital solutions that enhance cross-functional collaboration efficiency and accelerate development timelines Identify and deploy AI-solutions that speed up the development of APC3 and expand the number of patients the program can serve Team Leadership & Innovation Build and lead a team of digital analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning Establish partnerships with internal data management, IT, and BMS enterprise teams to leverage shared capabilities and ensure alignment Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI/ML, advanced analytics, and cloud-based platforms Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships to supplement internal capabilities as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in quantitative discipline (Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences) required; Advanced degree preferred 10+ years in digital analytics, data science, or related roles with proven pharmaceutical/biotech experience Demonstrated leadership of analytics teams and successful delivery of enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives Deep expertise in clinical trial operations, commercial analytics, and healthcare data management Experience with cloud platforms, data architecture, and systems integration Results-Driven: Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through data-driven insights and operational improvements Collaborative Leader: Skilled at building cross-functional partnerships and influencing without authority across complex organizations Communication Excellence: Ability to present complex analytical concepts to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups Preferred Qualifications Experience with radiopharmaceuticals, oncology and prostate cancer strongly preferred Strong background in AI/ML, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics methodologies Travel & Location Travel up to 30% to Indianapolis, Princeton, NJ, and other BMS locations as needed Occasional travel for conferences, partnerships, and stakeholder meetings RayzeBio Compensation Overview:

The starting compensation range for this role is San Diego - RayzeBio - CA: $243,036 - $294,503. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
