This role will be responsible for coordinating workflows, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, project management skills, and a collaborative mindset.**What you’ll do:*** Manage the day-to-day marketing workflow, ensuring timely completion and delivery of materials.* Track marketing deliverables across all channels (digital and physical), maintaining visibility into status and next steps.* Help with the creation of editing, and distribution of marketing materials, including pitchbooks, factsheets, brochures, and presentations.* Maintain an organized library of marketing content and support regular updates to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.* Collaborate with investment, client service, and compliance teams to ensure content is reviewed and approved in accordance with regulatory guidelines.* Track relevant marketing metrics and maintain dashboards to measure effectiveness and support reporting needs.* Manage and maintain the firm’s sales enablement platform, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to access for distribution and client-facing teams.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.* 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in asset management or financial services industry.* Strong attention to detail and project management skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.* Familiarity with investment concepts, strategies, and terminology preferred.* Experience with digital marketing tools, sales enablement platforms, and content management systems is preferred.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.* Self-starter with a collaborative approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.**Benefits:**Medical Insurance • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Accidental death and dismemberment • Short-term and long term Disability Insurance • Parental Leave • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount • Critical Illness Insurance • Accident Insurance • Transportation and Commuting Benefits • Banking Benefits • Pet Insurance**Compensation:**The estimated salary range for this role is $55,000 - $77,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
