Senior Marketing Associate - Social, U.S. Card Performance Marketing (Hybrid)

* Partner with channel team for planning and implementation of Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, following outlined process and flagging areas for potential process improvements* Scope future tests with Meta team and channel team, thinking through the highest leverage ways to structure tests to achieve most valuable results, including: creative testing, audience testing, new placements, etc.* Coordinate across internal teams including Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data, Technology etc. to execute Meta strategies end to end* Partner with QA associate to maintain platform documentation, plan launch timings, and ensure following well managed processes* “Self-starter”, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing and social media platforms and tools* Create creative briefs to support upcoming tests and maintain channel creative library* Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition* Ability to work with high-performing teammates, as well as partners across the enterprise* Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel / Google Sheets + familiarity with common performance marketing metrics* Strong ability to create presentations and clearly communicate through powerpoint/Google slides* Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience* At least 2 years of experience in paid social marketing working with Meta platforms Facebook & Instagram* At least 1 year of experience trafficking Meta campaigns* At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets* At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite applications* At least 3 years of experience in paid social marketing with knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) in the performance marketing space* At least 2 years of ad operations experience at a digital marketing agency with a strong background in Meta campaign trafficking and management* Familiarity producing and optimizing both static and video creative for Meta* Experience in other social media or digital marketing channels such as: YouTube, TikTok, Display, etc.* At least 2 years of experience in project management or 2 years of experience at a digital marketing agencyCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
