The successful candidate will be placed at a level commensurate with experience and qualifications.*RESPONSIBILITIES:* Acts as a subject matter experts of all marketing systems activities relative to POS technology. Stays abreast of industry developments and initiatives in the technical payments and petroleum space.* Provides expertise and consultation on all aspects of POS and technology operations with vendors, internal teams, and field operations.* Conducts regular Communication and project development work with third-party payment processor.* Conducts technical work with payment card networks, including proprietary payment products.* Manages technical integrations with card processor, managed network partners, loyalty partners and POS vendors.* Analyzes vendor performance of the point-of-sale, back office, and network support tickets for trends, identifies improvement opportunities and contributes to trend analysis.* Supports the delivery of all migrations, projects, and changes that impact the Site System; including Card Readers, advertising technology, MNSP changes, SaaS tools.* Drafts and keeps current changes to Marathon POS Specifications Documents to ensure proper configuration.* Manages bug/fix tickets with third-party vendors to ensure progress is made.
Conducts software user acceptance testing with the introduction of new software, specification changes, etc. Works from test results with software vendors on necessary changes/fixes.* Identifies gaps.
Supports budget planning and management of spend to budget monthly.* Develops and reviews concepts, processes, and procedures for point-of-sale material, security, and training, for PCI compliance and testing. •* Coordinates and prioritizes changes to systems and ensures completion of projects. Uses Salesforce to track and manage changes.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business-related discipline required or five (5) years of experience in Point of Sale (Verifone), IT, or related technical experience in lieu.
