Overview
Location: Charlotte, NC, with travel to Asheville, Greenville, and Columbia as needed. This is a full-time, on-site field leadership role with evenings and weekends required. Compensation: $45,000 base + commission + $600 per month car/phone allowance. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, mileage/car allowance, phone stipend, and career growth. Responsibilities
Take ownership of event marketing in the Charlotte area, including home shows, retail kiosks, partner pop-ups, community events/festivals, and fairs; produce a steady flow of qualified appointments for the sales team. Travel as needed to support events in the region. In the field daily: set up and tear down events, prospect, recruit, train, and work closely with the manager. Work events: home shows, retail kiosks, fairs/festivals, and community days. Hit lead-gen targets: schedule appointments and demos. Assist with tasks: prospecting events, setting up/tearing down, onboarding new staff. Train and coach: teach the pitch, handle objections, and uphold qualification standards. Handle logistics: secure booths, signage, promo materials; manage setup/teardown and inventory. Build partnerships: develop retail partners and local businesses. Be in the field daily to drive culture, energy, and results. Qualifications
1+ years in event marketing, field marketing, retail/experiential marketing, or B2C lead generation. Proven track record of hitting appointment and demo goals. Comfortable working evenings and weekends and traveling locally. Strong recruiter and coach who can staff quickly, train fast, and hold teams accountable. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
