The Creative Content Supervisor will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Design Lead, Global Brand and Product Strategist, and 23 Marketing to produce internal and external content. This content may include but is not limited to promotional and instructional videos, digital and website graphics, print materials, signage, vehicle wraps and more. In addition, the Creative Content Supervisor will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure production efficiencies, develop timelines and oversee all project deadlines while overseeing members of the Creative Department. Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Assist the Marketing Manager, Global Brand and Product Strategist, 23 Marketing, and Leadership with the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that are aligned with company objectives. Assist the Marketing Manager with the analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities. Lead and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance and support to creative team members in executing marketing initiatives. Content Creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms and audiences. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Global Brand and Product Strategist, Product Management Department and 23 Marketing to develop product messaging and positioning. Help determine the product needs of end users, sales and customer service in order to develop improved content, format and delivery of product documentation to increase sales and enhance customer user experience. Study product samples and talk with product engineers, designers and developers to develop clear product benefits and determine appropriate content delivery. Gather and generate source documents for promotional content. Manage and support the production of video, photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding. Participate in the selection of appropriate medium for creative content Prepare source material for all creative content including scripting and participate in all aspects of the production. Assist with the standardization of content and look and feel across platforms and media including web site and social media. Manage the review process for all creative content development including draft script review, soliciting comments, calling review meetings, testing videos, seeking outside resources, and pushing the video content to completion to meet customer, sales and product marketing launch schedules. The Creative Content Supervisor will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Design Lead, Global Brand and Product Strategist, and 23 Marketing to produce internal and external content.
