Join Our Team! Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our Parkview Physicians Group Family Medicine practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Responsibilities
Full-time position with 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours of dedicated administrative time. Flexible hours to accommodate work-life balance. 6 weeks of vacation annually. Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with the potential for extended hours. Opportunity for a 4- or 5-day work week. Rotating call: 1:30. Supervise Advanced Practice Providers. Practice Details
Office location: 1331 Minnich Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46774 (East Fort Wayne, easy access to Interstate 469). Clinical support: RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants. Current office providers: 3 physicians and 2 APPs. Fully integrated EMR system; easy access to specialty care. Qualifications
