Marketing & Events Coordinator
manages the planning, logistics, and execution of marketing initiatives and company events, while supporting overall brand visibility, team operations, and digital communication efforts.
Responsibilities Event Planning & Coordination
Organize and execute all logistics for marketing events
Maintain event calendars, schedules, and deadlines
Conduct site visits and ensure brand presentation standards are met
Oversee setup and breakdown logistics, coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal staff
Manage and support events team and fill in when needed
Manage and support scheduling, showroom and marketing teams
Marketing Support
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
Create and manage social media content calendars in collaboration with content team
Collect content (photos/videos) at events for marketing use
Skills & Qualifications
Valid driver’s license; local travel required
Required to work some weekends and evenings for events
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in social media content creation and engagement strategies
Prior experience supervising teams
Understanding of visual branding; interest or experience in photography or visual arts preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
