Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group, Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group > Business Development - SIP General Summary: Qualcomm is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Robotics Business Development (Strategic Accounts - Hyperscalers) to help define and accelerate the future of AI-enabled devices, AI infrastructure and Robotics, in collaboration with Meta. This role will lead strategic engagements to enable Qualcomm devices to provide the most compelling use cases and value in AI and Robotics applications. The successful candidate will own strategy, relationship development, and execution across early-stage and production-scale programs. This includes identifying high-impact opportunities, shaping product engagements, and scaling adoption of Snapdragon platforms, on-device AI accelerators, data center AI processors and Qualcomm’s AI software stack. In this role you will : Build and execute business development strategies for AI development environments, LLMs, and AI-enabled applications. Drive strategic, collaborative relationships with Hyperscalers engaging strategy, product management, architecture, engineering and marketing teams and their Qualcomm counterparts. Lead cross-functional engagements with engineering, product, supply chain, and executive leadership to secure design wins and accelerate commercialization. Position Qualcomm’s technical and market leadership in low-power AI inference and software development environments to drive high-priority engagements. Shape early-stage customer engagements through ideation sessions, technical deep dives, and rapid prototyping initiatives. Provide feedback to internal teams based on market trends from customer engagements. Define and execute compelling co-marketing campaigns, in conjunction with Qualcomm and customer marketing teams, to drive adoption of customer technologies on Qualcomm products. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience. Associate's degree and 6+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience. High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or with related experience. Master’s degree (MBA or MSEE) preferred. 4-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or technical sales in semiconductors, consumer devices, data center infrastructure or AI-related products. Experience working with/at or for AI focused companies. Strong understanding of AI model and tools landscape across mobile, robotics, PC, cloud. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and executive communication skills. Strong understanding of AI development and deployment workflows. Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits $152,700.00 - $229,100.00 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
