Pandora North America is on an exciting growth journey, and we are building a best-in-class Visual Merchandising team to elevate the in-store experience across our expansive network of stores. Your Role as a Visual Merchandising Specialist

In the Texas Market, you’ll bring Pandora’s playful spirit to life through compelling visual storytelling. You’ll execute a variety of visual merchandising initiatives—from new store setups to seasonal refreshes—ensuring every display reflects our brand’s creativity, quality, and emotional connection with customers. This role blends hands-on execution with cross-functional collaboration, supporting both field operations and internal teams. You’ll help shape how customers experience Pandora in-store, making every visit feel inspiring and unforgettable. Responsibilities

Responsible for VM execution within a specific district Work with the Sales Director to execute and maintain visuals in all stores (Owned & Operated, Franchise stores, Multi-brand and Owned Shop in Shops) Partner with Sales Director to understand and support in-store needs Follow and execute in-store VM directives Train store teams Support store communication, questions, challenges and prep Maintain intimate store knowledge that informs ordering process Document in-store VM installs with photos and notes Ensure effective visual management and execution in the region Align category growth metrics with company goals Note: Some job elements may vary depending on the division Qualifications

3 - 5 years of solid experience in Marketing and/or Consumer Insights 3 - 5 years in a leadership/people management role for a digital team Experience in retail, fashion or FMCG industry Experience in a global organization Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Travel

Travel required: 75% of the time Compensation and Benefits
