About the Role We’re looking for a quality-focused, design-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our team, supporting Science and Civic + Community market leaders. This position plays a vital role in developing brand-aligned, client-ready proposals and marketing materials that showcase the firm’s expertise and values. Strong graphic design skills and experience in the architecture, engineering, or science industry are key to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

Proposal Development

Lead the end-to-end creation of proposals for architecture-related RFPs (Requests for Proposals), ensuring all requirements are addressed clearly and effectively

Collaborate with architecture and design teams in Science and Civic + Community markets to gather technical content and highlight project details, and unique value propositions

Write, edit, and format proposal content tailored to each opportunity

Ensure proposals are timely and align with RFP specifications

Manage the proposal pipeline and support a variable volume of submissions as needed

Graphic & Marketing Material

Translate marketing templates into customized, visually compelling graphics and layouts for proposals, interviews, and presentations

Develop market-specific marketing documents such as cut sheets, project pages, and client presentation materials

Support visual storytelling through high-quality layouts, infographics, and image selections

Maintain consistency with brand standards across all graphic materials

Interview & Presentation Support

Coordinate and support interview preparation, including designing presentation materials, assisting with messaging, and modifying as needed

Assist with the development of follow-up materials post-interview

Additional Duties

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and visualization team members on campaigns and firmwide initiatives as needed

Provide support to market leaders with tailored marketing requests

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, architecture, or related field

Proven experience in marketing, graphic design, or proposal writing – ideally within the architectural/engineering/science market.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to create winning proposals.

Experience in preparing proposals in response to related RFPs.

Strong graphic design sense and experience with visual storytelling and layout software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with a proactive, self-directed approach

Creative thinking with strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Experience with Deltek VantagePoint
