We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Business Analyst to join our Revenue and Strategy Planning Analytics team. This position opens up unlimited opportunities to scale both strategic and tactical initiatives across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams (Marketing, Business, Finance, and Operations). Most importantly, you will have the flexibility to apply and implement the latest AI-driven innovations, continuously elevating the quality and impact of new and existing projects. Lead the creation of predictive models to enhance marketing strategies, optimize budget allocation, and measure return on investment (ROI) Develop and implement advanced econometric and statistical models to analyze and forecast marketing effectiveness and consumer behavior Conduct in-depth statistical analysis on large scale marketing datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and finance teams to interpret modeling outcomes and provide actionable insights Continuously refine forecasting methodologies by leveraging new statistical techniques and industry best practices Ensure model accuracy, robustness, and scalability through rigorous testing, validation, and ongoing monitoring Clearly communicate complex econometric findings to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations Mentor senior and mid-level analysts, providing guidance on econometric methods, statistical programming, and best practices in data modeling Qualifications

Masters or Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline 5 years of hands-on experience in econometric modeling, statistical forecasting, and predictive analytics, preferably within a marketing or consumer facing environment Expert-level proficiency with econometric and statistical modeling techniques, including regression analysis, time series forecasting (e.g., ARIMA), causal inference, and predictive modeling Strong experience with statistical programming languages such as R, Python, or Stata Proven track record in analyzing marketing data, including campaign performance, media mix modeling, customer segmentation, and ROI analysis Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex statistical concepts into actionable business recommendations Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively explaining technical results to both technical and non technical audiences Ability to independently manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines Collaborative mindset and experience working cross functionally in fast paced, data driven environments Conditions & Benefits
