Family Medicine Opportunity - Part-time openings in Boise Metro Area

Overview
Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is mission driven and physician led 600+ provider multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) to join us in a part-time capacity, ranging from a 0.4 - 0.9 FTE depending on physician preference. We have part-time positions available across multiple sites in the Boise Metro Area including our clinics at Bown Crossing, Lake Hazel, Emerald, Meridian, Kuna, and Nampa. All of our clinics use EPIC EHR and have excellent support staff including 1:1 MA, team nurses, population health and referral support. Many of our sites have on-site lab and x-ray and some of our sites are embedded with other services such as Urgent Care and Physician Therapy. Weekly patient contact hours range from 14 - 30 depending on desired FTE. Call is 1:30, phone only, with excellent triage service. Call is prorated based on FTE. Responsibilities
Provide Family Medicine patient care in a part-time capacity across multiple sites in the Boise Metro Area. Utilize EPIC EHR with support from 1:1 medical assistants, nurses, and population health resources. Collaborate with on-site lab, x-ray, Urgent Care, and Physician Therapy services as available at each site. Maintain patient access with flexible hours (14–30 patient contact hours per week) and prorated on-call coverage (phone only). Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program. Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment. Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases. Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
