Overview
Indiana University Health Physicians Department of Neurology is seeking an Epilepsy Neurologist to join our team at the IU Health Neuroscience Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. This academic appointment includes opportunities for teaching and research. A strong commitment to clinical teaching of residents and medical students is expected.
Position Highlights
Practice in a large urban academic setting for the #1 ranked health system in the state
Join a large team of over 65 neurologists and advanced practice providers
Monday–Friday schedule with night and weekend call (rotating)
Mixture of inpatient and outpatient care
Opportunity for clinical research
Qualifications
Residency training in Neurology required
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology ABPN
Minimum 1 year Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology EEG track fellowship program

The center combines highly qualified doctors, advanced treatments and access to research breakthroughs in a single downtown Indianapolis facility. Patients see specialists and receive diagnostic imaging in a single visit. The center also hosts an innovative research facility enabling easier and faster access to clinical trials and breakthrough treatments. With neuroscience as a top priority of IU School of Medicine research, the research facility received substantial NIH grant funding in recent years. The IU Health Neuroscience Center, together with IU Health Methodist Hospital, enables IU Health physicians to continue delivering superior neurological care.
