to join their team. Responsibilities
Hours
of practice are
Monday Friday 7am 6pm ; some flexibility required for extended hours Office location
is at 470 Bennett Drive, Warren, IN Weekly Patient Contact : 36 hours (32 hours in the clinic & 4 hours rounding and prepping charts) Daily encounter
goals of
22-26 patients
depending on visit lengths. Call requirement
for this position is
