Overview
ChristianaCare’s is seeking a Board Certified Addiction Psychiatrist
to join our Project Recovery outpatient program. This is a full-time clinical position providing expert psychiatric care within a multidisciplinary team across both Wilmington and Newark campuses in Delaware. The Project Recovery program delivers evidence-based, person-centered treatment for individuals with substance use disorders for all substances. Responsibilities
Provide expert psychiatric care to adults within an outpatient Project Recovery program as part of a multidisciplinary team (psychiatry, therapy, social work, program specialists, and community health workers). Participate in comprehensive outpatient services including individual, group, family therapy, and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Administer and manage Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for all substance use disorders. Engage in crisis intervention, resource navigation, and care coordination with internal and external providers. Collaborate with primary care providers engaged in MAT and contribute to training and education within the practice (faculty of the psychiatry residency program). Qualifications

Annual Compensation Range $257,751.00 - $380,035.00. The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on factors including fair market value for physician services, candidate experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to job requirements. The range may include productivity incentives, value-based incentives, and other forms of compensation dependent on operational factors such as hours worked and call coverage. ChristianaCare will offer compensation at an appropriate point within the above range or, less frequently, outside the listed range as warranted by circumstances.
