A West Texas hospital is seeking a Family Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare to their friendly, close-knit community. Join a growing, well supported, and stable team of 2 other physicians, 4 PAs and 5 FNPs. Right in the heart of the Permian Basin, this facility is a short commute from Midland/Odessa.
Opportunity
$325,000 guaranteed base salary + wRVU incentive bonus. $400k+ proven income potential.
Total recruitment package exceeding $30,000.
4-day workweek with a half-day for administrative work, enjoy at-home call, and limited back-up call.
NHSC Site, $100,000 in Student Loan Repayment for eligible participants.
4 weeks paid time off with an additional 5 days for CME.
