We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinology Physician to join our growing, physician-led practice located just south of Boston. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity with four dedicated clinical days and one administrative day each week. Strong administrative support enables you to focus exclusively on the clinical aspects of patient care without the burden of operational tasks.
Position Highlights:
Compensation: $270,000 –$290,000 annually Annual wRVU productivity incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (if applicable) Excellent benefits package including:
403(b) Retirement Plan and457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan Occurrence-based Malpractice Insurance Up to 1 week CME time offplus $3,000 CME reimbursement 24 days ATO(Vacation/Personal) plus holidays Outpatient-only schedule with no inpatient or hospital call responsibilities Collegial, supportive work environment in a well-established health system Requirements:
MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (Internal Medicine) Current Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility) Massachusetts CSR and Federal DEA license This position offers the stability of an established practice, a highly competitive salary, and the work-life balance of an outpatient-only schedule—all while living and working near the vibrant Boston metro area.
