The Integrated Care Center Clinic is a federally qualified health centers that provide primary care, behavioral health, addiction treatment, psychiatry, dental care, and more. We provide care to those most in need including those who are suffering from homelessness, mental illness, substance use, mental illness, and chronic medical conditions. We provide team based care in an integrated care setting. We are looking for a mission driven, service leader who works well in a team, has experience with managing and supporting staff, champions quality improvement, leads change, and is excited to innovate.

This is part time position for 2-4 hours each week.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and evaluates patient data and tests or findings to diagnose the nature and extent of any mental disorder.
- Prescribes directs and administers psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
- Gathers and maintains patient information and records, including social and medical history obtained from patients, relatives, or other professionals.
- Designs individualized care plans for patients.
- Collaborates with physicians, psychologists, mid-levels, social workers, and other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.
- Practices using evidence-based practices.
- May provide services via a telehealth visit.
- Participates as a member of the Integrated Care model.
- Participates in the clinic performance improvement program.
- Participates in integration and staff meetings as required.
- Support and adhere to HealthRIGHT 360 policies and procedures.
- May be required to work evenings and weekends.
- Provides full and clinical supervision and oversight for Advanced Psychiatric Practice Providers including entering into collaborative agreements with the Advanced Psychiatric Practice Providers.
- Providing clinical supervision and having input in the clinical review, performance appraisal, peer review and hiring and termination of providers and clinical support staff.
- Provides supervision for the medical assistant that functions which are under the purview of the provider, including having input in the clinical review, performance appraisal, and hiring and termination.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- M.D. or D. O. degree from an accredited United States medical school.
- Successful completion of internship and residency in psychiatry with experience managing patients with substance use disorder/addiction.
- Board Licensed in Psychiatry
- Valid and active California medical license, without any limitations on license to practice in specialty
- Eligible to participate in the CMS Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement programs.
Three to five years experience as a licensed psychiatrist
- Must complete background check and Livescan.
- Covid-19 vaccine and booster is required for this position. Exemptions are not accepted.
- We will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
