💼 What You’ll Do:

As our Director of Nursing, you will:

• Lead and implement strategic nursing initiatives and staffing plans
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered care through regular clinical rounds
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners
• Collaborate closely with the Administrator to maintain compliance and elevate care standards
• Develop, manage, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• RN license (unencumbered and valid)
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (LTC/Subacute strongly preferred)
• Supervisory and staff development experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of nursing regulations and standards
• COVID-19 vaccination (primary series required)
