Atlas Energy Solutions, Fountainhead Logistics, a subsidiary of Atlas Energy Solutions, is expanding to Last Mile Logistics throughout the Permian Basin in addition to sand operations in Kermit and Monahans, TX. We’re excited about the growth ahead and invite you to join the team!

Office Administrator — The Office Administrator is the first point of contact for our Transportation & Logistics Department. This integral role manages the front desk, welcomes and greets guests, and works closely with the Management Team for travel, expense reports, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Receive visitors at the front desk — greet, welcome, direct and announce accordingly
• Answer, screen and forward all incoming calls
• Receive, sort and deliver incoming mail
• Assist the Management Team — travel plans, expense reports, and entering contacts
• Manage break rooms — keep it stocked, order food and maintain cleanliness
• Organize the office, order supplies, coordinate deliveries and carrier pickups
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Plan in-house or off-site activities — parties, celebrations and conferences
• Occasional work outside of normal business hours for office events and urgent matters

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven experience as an Office Manager and with working closely with an Executive & Management Team
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
