Warehouse Associate – Yost & Campbell | Mount Vernon, NY

Yost & Campbell is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our busy Mount Vernon location. If you like staying organized, keeping things running smoothly, and being a key part of the operation behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Coordinating with our Inventory Manager to make sure all parts and equipment are stocked and ready for our Service and Installation teams.

  • Picking up and organizing materials and equipment so jobs can move forward without delays.

  • Entering purchase orders, inventory, pricing, and billing info into ServiceTitan (our operations software).

  • Keeping accurate inventory records — including weekly cycle counts, quarterly checks, and bi-yearly physical counts.

  • Helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse space.

  • Communicating with office staff, CSRs, and technicians to ensure customers get the parts they need quickly.

  • Tracking deliveries, collecting receipts, and submitting paperwork to keep accounting up to date.

Basically — you’ll be the go-to person who keeps our warehouse running efficiently and our field teams supplied.

What We’re Looking For

  • Some warehouse or inventory experience (HVAC or construction industry is a plus, but not required).

  • Comfortable using technology and learning software — ServiceTitan experience is great but we’ll train you if not.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communicator — you’ll work closely with both office staff and technicians.

  • Able to lift/move equipment and materials as needed.

Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM
