You will oversee account success across client relationships, creative delivery, fiscal health, and organic growth. Great Work

Understand client objectives, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Translate complex business challenges into innovative campaign solutions that elevate the client’s brand and engagement opportunities. Lead integrated campaign efforts across brand strategy, audience insights, paid media, asset development, digital experiences, content creation, and performance measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure work is on brand, strategically sound, and flawlessly executed. Deliver value and credibility from the client’s perspective, championing the work. Excel in client and partner presentations, articulating ideas clearly and persuasively. Manage scope, guide the team through out-of-scope requests, and help clients think strategically about solutions while maintaining strong relationships. Stay ahead of industry trends to raise the quality and impact of campaigns.

Grow Business

Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and strategic value. Lead projects from briefing to resourcing, development, and execution across multiple workstreams. Ensure project documentation, status reports, and deliverables are accurate and accessible. Oversee team workflow and communication to maintain alignment at every stage of delivery. Grow client revenue and manage account profitability for year-over-year growth. Lead new business opportunities from qualification to proposals and delivery. Partner with internal teams and the broader agency network to deliver integrated solutions.

Grow People

Collaborate with strategy and creative partners to ensure solutions are innovative and aligned to client needs. Mentor and coach junior team members with constructive feedback and clear development paths. Foster a collaborative culture with open communication and mutual respect. Support fiscal health of accounts, balancing profitability with client value; review burn reports and budget performance. Own monthly budget summaries and coordinate with Finance for billing and targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading integrated brand campaigns, including brand positioning, campaign platforms, demand generation, content strategy and execution, and thought leadership initiatives. Paid media knowledge/experience preferred. Familiarity with B2B marketing is a plus. A genuine passion for brands and for creating extraordinary experiences. Executive presence: ability to confidently communicate with senior-level clients and inspire trust. Strategic and operational acumen with the ability to develop innovative solutions and execute them precisely. Hands-on leadership in a cross-functional environment, driving projects forward. Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality deliverables. Proactive problem-solving to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks.
