Job Description
NEW: LCSW Needed: Just 1 hour south of the Portland area
Job opportunity includes:
- Working with individuals to provide a full assessment from a biopsychosocial perspective to address each person's overall health.
- Providing services in a location that is most comfortable for the individual
- Developing a person-centered plan with each participant to promote engagement in self-management activities in coordination with case manager.
Details include:
- Full Time Exempt 40 Hours
Shift: Monday - Friday
Salary Scale:: $5794.53 to $6267.73 Monthly - Must be licensed as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or
- Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC).
