Overview
North Florida Anesthesia Consultants, a subsidiary of Envision Physician Services, is seeking a Neuro Fellowship trained Anesthesiologist to join the team at St. Vincent's Healthcare in Jacksonville. The group covers St. Vincent's Medical Center Riverside in addition to St. Vincent's South Side and Clay County, St. Johns County, and other local outpatient surgery centers. St. Vincent's is part of Ascension Health, a nonprofit health system with a long history of service. Join an Anesthesia Care team comprised of 40 physicians and 67 anesthetists that values their employees and work-life balance. The neurosurgery department covers complex spine, minimally invasive spine, awake craniotomy, skull base procedures, DBS, and future epilepsy surgery planning. Responsibilities
Help develop policies and protocols for a growing neuro and spine department. Supervise Anesthetists or run own cases as needed. Contribute to coverage across St. Vincent's Riverside and affiliated facilities. Qualifications
Neuro Fellowship trained Anesthesiologist (substantial neuro anesthesia experience considered). Experience with complex spine and neuroanesthesia cases preferred. Work Life Balance Opportunity Highlights
$500,000 Annually + $50,000 yearly retention (varies with productivity model). PTO: 12 weeks for full-time physicians. CME Allowance: $5,000 annually. Active call and shift trading platform with a very low call burden. Flexible vacation scheduling; benefits start day one. Benefits and Compensation
