COJE Management Group is looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team! The ideal candidate has proven experience in pastry and baking, a strong sense of creativity, and the ability to produce both classic and modern desserts that exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities
Prepare, bake, and present a wide variety of pastries including lamination, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
Develop and test new recipes in collaboration with Corporate Pastry Chef to keep menus fresh, seasonal, and appealing.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry items.
Manage payroll, ingredient inventory, monitor supply levels, and place orders as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace while following food safety and sanitation standards.
Train, mentor, and supervise pastry staff.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
