Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee (AAOT) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in Tallahassee, Florida. AAOT is a well-established, clinician-led group that provides comprehensive anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and several ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in the community. Responsibilities
Provide cardiac anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (TMH), HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and affiliated ASCs.
Collaborate within the Anesthesia Care team consisting of 34 Physicians and 99 Anesthetists.
Cases include General Surgery, Trauma, OB, Orthopedics, Hearts, Endoscopy, Pediatrics, Neurology.
In-house call 2-3x/month with a post-call day off.
Engage in a profit-sharing program after 18 months for significant compensation increase.
Benefit eligible on start date with no waiting period; participate in generous CME and Florida licensure assistance.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist.
Compensation & Benefits
Top Compensation in the State – eligible for profit sharing after 18 months for significant compensation increase.
$100,000 Start Date Bonus + Relocation Bonus.
TMH: 700 open hearts & 200-250 structural hearts annually; Capital: 200-250 open hearts annually.
Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 34 Physicians and 99 Anesthetists.
In-house call 2-3x/month with post-call day off.
11 weeks PTO.
