Wherever it takes us.What we offerCompetitive PayComprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Time, 401k w/match, etc.) Growth Opportunity and Career AdvancementAgile and Adaptable team cultureInnovative and revolutionary technology solutionsA higher calling to provide quality patient careSee how Dragonfly Health is transforming the world of hospice and post-acute care.What you will doAssist pharmacists in preparing medications for hospice patients and processing admissions, transfers, and discharges.Manage phone inquiries, enters charge, and notifies pharmacist as needed.Select, prepare, and label medications for dispensing; prepare FedEx labels for shipments.Return unused medication bottles post-preparation and gather medications for automated dispensing machines.Maintain inventory levels, communicate ordering needs, and restock supplies while removing outdated items.Support equipment maintenance and ensures a clean, sanitized work environment.Collaborate with pharmacy team members and hospice partners and assist in training new staff as needed.What we look forHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferredPharmacy Technician license in the state, if applicablePrior experience as a Pharmacy Technician requiredHospice and palliative care experience preferredStrong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgmentStrong typing, computer, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service abilitiesFamiliarity with Framework LTC dispensing software and pharmacy automation preferredWhy Pharmacy Technicians are importantOur Pharmacy Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the right medications safely and efficiently.
