Work Hours per Biweekly Pay Period: 12.00 Shift: Flexible Hours and/or Flexible Schedule Location: 1324 Lakeland Hills Blvd Lakeland, FL Pay Rate: Min $17.84 Mid $20.53Position Summary Responsible for performing full echocardiograms, TEEs and stress echoes and all reports associated with exam. Must be able to complete a full protocol with minimal assistance. A registered cardiac sonographer will check intern's work to confirm all information has been acquired. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathophysiology, electrophysiology and congenital anomalies. Knowledge of digital cardiology PACS system used for reporting.Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular ultrasound techniques and modalities and is able to accept constructive criticism.Maintains Echo equipment and supplies as described in department SOP.Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.Fosters an inclusive and engaged environment through teamwork and collaboration.
