Pay rate: - $80 - 85 / hour Shift Time:- 8 – 5 PM (MON-FRI) Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead and execute mid-to-large scale marketing campaigns in partnership with retailers and external platforms. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, campaign ROI, and successful product launches—particularly in the hardware and laptop industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel marketing, retail partnerships, and global/local campaign execution. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns with retail partners (e.g., Best Buy, other platforms).

Implement pre-approved toolkits including creatives, brand guidelines, and messaging—no content development required.

Manage campaign lifecycles including budget reconciliation, social media promotion, and ROI tracking.

Collaborate with internal teams (growth, content, design) and external vendors to ensure campaign success.

Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and optimize future marketing efforts.

Coordinate with media agencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality across all channels.

Support product launches, especially in the hardware/laptop industry, across global and local markets.

Develop and execute promotional strategies across digital, social, and on/off-network media.

Maintain relationships with suppliers, agencies, and event partners for virtual and physical activations.

Track and report campaign performance using CRM and project management tools.

Required Qualifications: 5–6 years of relevant marketing experience, with 3–5 years in a marketing execution or partnership role.

Proven experience executing campaigns with retailers and channel partners.

Experience launching hardware products; laptop industry experience is a strong plus.

Strong understanding of media placement, social media, SEO, and consumer behavior.

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work across global and local campaigns with adaptability and creativity.

Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for campaign ROI tracking.

Preferred Skills: Recent experience (within the last 4 years) in a similar marketing role.

Experience with influencer marketing, event management, and deal negotiation.

Familiarity with 10x thinking, growth strategies, and leadership activation programs.

Pay Details:
