Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted client within corporate services in search of an Accounting Manager. This role will report to a Director level and will have great exposure to the CFO and other accounting leadership. This company has grown aggressively over the years and has a fantastic outlook into the future. They encourage internal promotions and this role would have a clear growth path upward. The ideal candidate has fantastic supervision/leadership skills and can oversee various accounting processes.
Duties:
· Supervise/Lead/Manage Accounting Team of Multiple Staff
· Oversee Staff Work of:
o GL Maintenance
o Financial Statements
o Reconciliations
o Journal Entries
o Accounts Payable
o Accounts Receivable
· Budgeting
· Process Improvement
· KPI Management
· Financial Reporting
· Key Stakeholder Communication/Relationships
Requirements:
· 5+ years’ progressive GL accounting experience
· Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or similar
· Fantastic Communication Skills
· 2+ years’ supervision experience

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
