- Partner closely with FP&A on budgets, variance analysis and commentary for senior management.
- Review and manage third-party invoices from outsourced property accounting provider; ensure timely corporate recharge and reimbursement.
- Handle intercompany reconciliations, FX adjustments and quarterly intercompany loan payments.
- Contribute to process improvement and streamlining initiatives; leverage Excel and ERP tools to enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- ~5+ years of accounting experience with a blend of public + private or consulting (CPA preferred).
- Comfortable with high-volume, hands-on accounting and invoice/AP review.
- Ambitious self-starter who works with minimal supervision, comfortable with ambiguity, and can think strategically.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Tableau a plus.
- Motivated by process improvement and innovation.
Why Join
This is a rare chance to take ownership of corporate entities within a globally recognized platform, gain exposure to FP&A and international teams, and help shape processes inside a best-in-class real estate organization. The role is based in New York City and is on-site five days per week.
