Our client, a well-established organization in Fresno County, is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities

• Support accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and all relevant regulatory requirements
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth and development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
