Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sports Orthopedic Physician to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports medicine, orthopedics, and helping patients recover from injuries and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries and disorders, with a focus on sports-related conditions.
- Perform non-surgical and surgical interventions as appropriate.
- Develop individualized treatment plans including rehabilitation and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, treatment options, and post-care protocols.
- Participate in community outreach and patient education programs.
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Sports Medicine.
- Fellowship or specialized training in sports medicine preferred.
- Active NJ medical license or eligible for licensure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary clinical environment preferred.
