Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist/Physician to work locum shifts in Dayton Ohio (OH). Starting as soon as possible, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Obstetrics and Gynecology role:

- Schedule & Coverage Details:
- Call Rotation: 1 in 4
- Shifts Needing covered:
- November 25
- December 2
- December 5-7
- December 9
- Shift Type: 24-hour shifts, including a mix of on-site hospital coverage and call availability from a nearby hotel
- Setting: Hospital-based
- Responsibilities:
- Provide general obstetrics and gynecology care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services
- Participate in call coverage in rotation with other providers
- Perform OB/GYN procedures as required
- Collaborate with hospital staff and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care preferred
- Miami Valley Hospital (Level I Trauma Center, Level III Maternity)
- Resident oversight
- Restricted call
- Schedule/Shift Times 7a-7a
- EMR: Epic
Requirements of the Obstetrics and Gynecology role:
- OH state license; active, unrestricted (not accepting IMLC)
- Board certified OBGYN
- OH State DEA
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- CSR License Required
- Covid Vaccination- Required or Medical Exemption
