The hiring range for this role is: 80,300.00 - 144,200.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors including competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay. The role involves conducting audits and ensuring compliance with federal contracts, legal mandates, and internal guidelines to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA). Supports the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) in audits, analysis, reporting, and training, providing recommendations and compliance guidance. Participates in workgroups and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conduct and assist in compliance audits and reviews for adherence to contracts, laws, and policies. Communicate findings and corrective actions. Prepare annual FWA reports and share results with leadership and partners. Develop practices to improve reporting compliance. Maintain compliance manuals, SOPs, and develop training content. Identify emerging fraud schemes using analysis and software tools. Collaborate with internal units to understand subjects, risks, and regulatory changes, enhancing audit and compliance activities. Required Education, Certifications, and Experience

Education: Preferred - Bachelor's in relevant fields or equivalent experience Preferred - Master's in relevant fields Certifications: Preferred - AHFI (NHCAA), CIA (IIA) Experience: Required - 5+ years related experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Skilled in audit and compliance assessment, familiar with standards and techniques. Effective communicator with interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Ability to build relationships and convey confidence. Proficient in report writing and data analysis techniques. Excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of federal investigative agencies is a plus. #LI_HYBRID
