HR Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions for the HR team. Prepare new hire onboarding binders and support orientation logistics. Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS. Organize and digitize existing employee documentation Onboarding & Training:
Launch assignments in the Learning Management System (LMS). Set up training platform accounts for new hires. Track completion of training and follow up as needed LOA Tracking:
Manage and process employee Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, including FMLA, ADA, personal, and medical leaves, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and internal policies. Provided guidance and support to employees throughout the LOA process, from initiation to return-to-work, ensuring a positive and compliant experience Offboarding & Exit Logistics:
Support the offboarding process by coordinating final paycheck requests, asset return tracking, and exit logistics. Schedule and document exit interviews as required. Verifications & Compliance:
Respond to employment, income verification requests, and unemployment claims in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all HR activities are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensured accurate and complete documentation for all employee lifecycle stages, including new hire onboarding, active employee records, and termination files, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with HRIS or LMS systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication and time management skills
