$24/hour Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Medical Assistant
with strong front and back office skills to join our team at the
NextEra Juno Beach Health Center . The ideal candidate will be proficient in
phlebotomy
(with recent hands-on experience within the past 12 months) and able to provide comprehensive clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Perform routine clinical tasks, including
blood draws, vital signs, injections, EKGs, and specimen collection . Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient examinations and procedures. Accurately document patient information in the
electronic medical record (EMR) . Manage
front office duties , such as scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and insurance verification. Support daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent service delivery. Adhere to
clinical protocols, infection control standards, and HIPAA regulations . Qualifications 5-7 years
of experience as a Medical Assistant in both
front and back office
settings. Demonstrated
phlebotomy proficiency
with hands-on experience in the past 12 months. Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
preferred . Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to provide
professional and compassionate patient care . Schedule & Flexibility Full-time, onsite role -
no remote flexibility .
