Job Title: Analytical Chemist - 12-Month Contract Location: Spring House, PA (100% Onsite) Duration: 12 Months
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analytical Chemist to join our team for a 12-month onsite assignment in Spring House, Pennsylvania. This lab-based role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in analytical chemistry and hands-on experience in HPLC/UPLC and dissolution testing. You'll work under the guidance of senior scientists to support drug product and API development in a GMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform analytical testing of drug products and APIs using HPLC/UPLC and dissolution techniques Analyze chromatography and spectroscopy data, prepare visualizations, and present findings to the team Support technical, regulatory, and GMP-related aspects of drug product development Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to problem-solving initiatives Required Qualifications:
BS in Analytical Chemistry with 4-6 years, MS with 1-3 years, or Ph.D. with 0-2 years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GMP, quality, compliance, and data integrity standards Expertise in troubleshooting analytical techniques (chromatography, dissolution, spectroscopy) Independent lab work experience Proficiency with Empower software and Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) Experience conducting comparative or multi-media dissolution studies Working knowledge of statistical tools like Excel or Minitab Key Skills:
Hands-on experience in wet chemistry and chromatography Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools Familiarity with statistical methods Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
