Schedule & Pay: This is a full-time, on-site position. Staff are scheduled to work both
1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
and
2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
throughout the week, including days, evenings, and weekends, based on business needs. Workdays follow one of two set schedules:
Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday. Pay:

Responsibilities: Initiates engagement with client and provides safe interactions, mentorship and supervision of their daily activities and behaviors according to established guidelines and procedures. Monitors and coach’s clients to achieve activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, grooming, upkeep of living areas and laundry. Assures clients adhere to and engage in the daily schedules and activities established for the program, including school, therapy sessions, group sessions, external appointments, and family visits. Administers medications accurately per established protocols; ensures the documentation and recording requirements of client record is accurate and compliant. Engages in therapeutic interventions with clients within treatment parameters, while always maintaining healthy and appropriate boundaries with clients and families. Plans, participates, and successfully carries out off-campus client activities as designed while effectively managing the group, and providing appropriate supervision of client/s. Maintains positive team interactions, and regularly attends and actively participates in staff meetings, positively representing and advocating for the needs of clients (and their families as applicable). Recognize and value cultural differences in all aspects of work and service delivery. Requirements:
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum 21 years of age. 1+ years’ experience in a field of treatment, probation, case management in human services, in-home work, therapy, or counseling. Valid driver’s license required (must meet state driving criteria and pass corporate eligibility standards). Must have the ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals or communities and understand their unique needs and challenges. Must be open to meeting the cultural needs of individuals or communities, considering factors such as language, traditions, and values. Work Environment: Must be able to lift to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100+ pounds with assistance. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time (2-4 hours). Must be able to twist, bend and stretch in a manner conducive to the execution of daily activities within the residential program. Must be able to assist in proper restraining of client. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.
