Position Highlights Overview u202f Compensation: u202f u202f $625k base $50k Chief Stipend $25k Commencement Bonus $25k Annual Retention Bonus 9 weeks PTO u202f $5,000 Education/Professional Stipend u202f Health | Dental | Vision | Life | Disability | Malpractice 401(k) | Flexible Spending Accounts u202f Details: u202f Anesthesia Care Team u202fmode-Supervise 6 MDs and 19 CRNAs daily u202f Teaching and program development u202fopportunities with academic appointment u202f Annual # of Cases: 20,000 | 4,000 Deliveries Case Mix: General, Ortho, Cardiac, Neuro, OG/GYN, ENT, GI, Optho Plastic, Pulmonary and Vascular Electrophysiology & structural heart cases Part of the Methodist Le Bonheur Health System, which includes the following facilities: o Methodist University Hospital o Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown o Methodist North Hospital o Methodist South Hospital o Methodist Olive Branch Hospital - Olive Branch, MS u202f u202f Lead a dynamic team, which includes the following: o Daily stand-up huddle o 3x Weekly OR planning meetings o Physician Advisory Council o OV Steering Committee o Weekly Anesthesia Department Meeting o Executive meetings with hospital leadership First 60/90 Day Initiative o In staffing for OR to build relationships with surgeons and staff (1:4 ratio) o Periodic staffing as appropriate/needed Active state license u202f| DEA | State CDS u202f ACLS | PALS | BLS Experience preferred Benefits Relocation Assistance Available to $10k u202f Qualifications Requirements u202f:
